We suggest that you schedule appointments at least one week prior to your arrival at the Resort to accommodate your schedule. Reservations are required for all spa services. We do welcome same day appointments and they will be based on available appointment times.
Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel your appointment to avoid paying the full appointment price.
The minimum age for closed door treatments is 18 years unless a parent is in the room.
It is recommended that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. This allows plenty of time to change into your robe and complete a brief health questionnaire.
If you arrive late for your scheduled service time, you will not receive an extention on your service. To accommodate all our clients, your service time will terminate when it was scheduled to end.
To ensure a relaxing experience, we ask you to please turn off all cell phones.
A gratuity is not included in the price of the service and is left to your discretion based on your satisfaction.
